Club FAQs

1. Log into the Haliburton Curling Club website.
2. In the Member Menu click on Member Information to see the option Edit My Information. Click on this link.
3. On the Edit Your Details page you have opportunities to change/update your information. Feel free to toggle the tabs to explore the options available to you.
4. On the first tab, User Info, you see the option to put in your current password. Then underneath, please enter in the new password. We highly recommend that you click on the Show button to help you see what you are typing.

 

5. When you are done making your changes, click on the blue Update button.

4. Click on the Portrait tab. Note that the last option 'Remove image' is only displayed if you already have an image uploaded. Click update when you are done.

 

1. Make sure that the email address you provided us is current and/or without any typos. To do this: 
   • Log into the Haliburton Curling Club website.
   • In the Member Menu click on Member Information to see the option Edit My Information. Click on this link.
   • On the Edit Your Details page you will see under the User Info tab a spot for your email address. If the address is correct, click Cancel at the bottom of the page. If it is incorrect, please change it and then click on the blue Update button.
   • Note: If your email address was incorrect, skip the next steps since you did not recieve the email.
2. In your email platform (such as Outlook, Gmail, etc), try searching for "Haliburton Curling Club". To be more specific, try using the filters in your email platform to specifically look for "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." as the sender or 'from'. Example below:

3. If you are still not finding the email you are looking for, look in the Spam folder. If you don't see it here, repeat the search process as indicated above, but in your Spam folder instead of your Inbox.

 

Email Megan Bawn with the request, the reason, and the e-transfer email address to use for the refund.  If a refund is applicable, she will work out the amount and get the refund request processed.

At the curling club, there are blank “Reimbursement Forms” in a folder on the desk downstairs. Another folder is for completed forms. Leave them there, and Frances Schwering will be in touch. Fill out ALL the information asked for.

Megan Bawn can ensure you finished your membership registration completely so you are in the leagues you want.

Please inform Megan Bawn and let her know which locker number is being shared.

Let your skip know and/or your league’s s convener. They may know someone they can ask on your behalf, as a last resort.
