Club FAQs

1. Log into the Haliburton Curling Club website.
2. In the Member Menu click on Member Information to see the option Edit My Information. Click on this link.
3. On the Edit Your Details page you have opportunities to change/update your information. Feel free to toggle the tabs to explore the options available to you.
4. On the first tab, User Info, you see the option to put in your current password. Then underneath, please enter in the new password. We highly recommend that you click on the Show button to help you see what you are typing.

 

5. When you are done making your changes, click on the blue Update button.

4. Click on the Portrait tab. Note that the last option 'Remove image' is only displayed if you already have an image uploaded. Click update when you are done.

 

1. Make sure that the email address you provided us is current and/or without any typos. To do this: 
   • Log into the Haliburton Curling Club website.
   • In the Member Menu click on Member Information to see the option Edit My Information. Click on this link.
   • On the Edit Your Details page you will see under the User Info tab a spot for your email address. If the address is correct, click Cancel at the bottom of the page. If it is incorrect, please change it and then click on the blue Update button.
   • Note: If your email address was incorrect, skip the next steps since you did not recieve the email.
2. In your email platform (such as Outlook, Gmail, etc), try searching for "Haliburton Curling Club". To be more specific, try using the filters in your email platform to specifically look for "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." as the sender or 'from'. Example below:

3. If you are still not finding the email you are looking for, look in the Spam folder. If you don't see it here, repeat the search process as indicated above, but in your Spam folder instead of your Inbox.

 

Email Megan Bawn with the request, the reason, and the e-transfer email address to use for the refund.  If a refund is applicable, she will work out the amount and get the refund request processed.

At the curling club, there are blank “Reimbursement Forms” in a folder on the desk downstairs. Another folder is for completed forms. Leave them there, and Frances Schwering will be in touch. Fill out ALL the information asked for.

Megan Bawn can ensure you finished your membership registration completely so you are in the leagues you want.

Let your skip know and/or your league’s s convener. They may know someone they can ask on your behalf, as a last resort.

Please note that these instructions are guidelines on how to do this. Your phone may not match exaclty what you see below.

1. Open a browser, such as Google Chrome or Safari on your phone.

 

2. Type in the browser search bar: haliburtoncurlingclub.com

 

3. Scroll close to the bottom of the page to find the Member Login section and enter your Username and Password. Then tap Log In button. Your phone may prompt you at this point to save this information. That is up to you if you would like this saved for quick and easy access in the future.

 

4. Once logged in, you will need to scroll down the page until you see Member Menu section. Tap the down arrow adjacent to Member Information. You will now see My Teams listed. Tap My Teams.

 

5. This where you will need to look closely for the links under the table with your team members listed. You will find the link Team Schedule and Results Summary. Tap this link. 

 

6. You will now see a new link, Download All Games to Calendar. Tap this link. 

 

7. At the bottom of your screen you should see something like the image below. You will need to tap on Download.

 

8. Now a new pop-up will appear. You will now need to tap the 3 blue dots beside 100%. 

9. Tap Done in the top right hand corner. Your schedule for that event is now downloaded to your phone's calendar.

 

You will need repeat steps 6 - 9 for every event you are signed up to add to your calendar.
