Congratulations on the 60th anniversary of the Men's Skyline Bonspiel! What a fantastic event that took place this past weekend. Kudos to the very hard working committee of Dave Moss, Kent Milford, David Ogilvie, Andy Glecoff, Eric Hussey and Russ Duhaime. Russ and Joan took team pictures in the clothing worn by some of our past members dating back to the very first Skyline. Check out the picture gallery for some very cool photos.

Many thanks to the sponsors - Haliburton Timbermart, Curry Chevrolet Buick GMC, Hudson Henderson Insurance and Walkers Home Hardware.

Ron Tenthorrey from Camp Wannikita prepared all the meals for the 3 day event and the men raved about the food. Absolutely phenomenal! Many thanks to all our members that volunteered hours of their time helping Ron in the kitchen. We can't forget, Cathy Moss, who without Cathy, these guys wouldn't have got their food! Cathy was in her car a lot of the weekend driving back and forth from the camp. Thank you, Cathy. Many thanks to the home hosts that entertained the teams for the Saturday lunch.

Carl Dixon entertained the crowd on Saturday night and the men just wanted him to keep playing tunes all night! Many thanks to all the folks that helped to drive these happy men back to their hotel or cottage. This is a wonderful idea and one that was very well received by the teams. Very comforting to know that you can have that extra cocktail knowing that you will have a safe drive home.

Many thanks to the ice team that worked tirelessly all weekend to prepare excellent ice for our 24 teams - Dave Moss, Garth Krieger, Doug Wagg, Mitch Stephen and Ron Draper. What would we do without you?

All in all, it was a fabulous bonspiel and one that will have these teams coming back again next year! Congratulations to everyone! Here are the pictures of the winning teams. Way to go, Haliburton who won the entire event!
